​This training explains the delegation of authorities and provides an overview of SSC’s Instrument of Delegation of Financial Signing Authorities. Examples and exercises are used to reinforce the participants’ understanding and to ensure better knowledge control.

Objectives
​This training is to inform cost center managers and employees of the financial signing authorities and how they are exercised in the expenditure management process, reinforce compliance with financial management legislations and policy instruments, standardize financial management practices, and promote effectivemanagement and safeguarding of financial resources.
