This training provides a refresher on the delegation of authorities as well as an overview of SSC Delegation of Financial Signing Authorities Instrument. 

A brief section on values and ethics and conflict of interest along with a material management portion is also presented (pilot project for April sessions).

Examples and exercises are used to reinforce the participants’ understanding and to ensure better knowledge control.

Learning Objectives

This training is to inform delegated cost center managers of the financial signing authorities and how they are exercised in the expenditure management process, reinforce compliance with financial management legislations and policy instruments, standardize financial management practices, and promote effective management and safeguarding of financial resources.

Target Audience

​All SSC delegated cost center managers who wish to have a better understanding of the delegation of financial signing authorities.
