Description

​This training explains the types of financial commitments, the management of commitments in the expenditure process and the cost center managers’roles and responsibilities. Examples and exercises are used to reinforce the participant’s understanding and to ensure better knowledge control.

Objectives
​This training is to inform SSC personnel of essential practices and controls linked to creating, monitoring and reporting of SSC’s financial commitments, standardize commitment management practices, support the accurate monthly forecasts, ensure the optimal use of funds and to avoid overspending.
