When creating a contract in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution, the Procurement Officer must specify which solicitation procedure was used to award the contract. The chosen solicitation procedure also categorizes the contract as either competitive or non-competitive.
This tutorial explains the importance of selecting the correct solicitation procedure in P2P, as well as where and how to effectively complete this task.
