Description

Upon completing this course, participants will be able to: Describe the overall business process flow at each level. Explain the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders involved in the SIGMA / SIGMA BI User Access Request process. Explain how to use the SIGMA ERP tool to perform a search before assigning new roles. Describe the required documents needed for requesting a user role (new user or change to an existing user). Explain the different sections of the PDF user access form and their specific requirements.
