Description

This course will provide an understanding of the procurement process and an overview of the Materials Management module In SIGMA.

Learning Objectives

• Explain at a high level the PSPC Funding Mechanisms and the MM Entreprise Structure at PSPC
• Define the Procurement Life Cycle in the MM module as it is used at PSPC
• Define Funds Reservation and explain the relationship with key purchasing documents in the Materials Management module at a high level
• Explain the Proactive Publication of Contracts of a contract on the Open Government Portal
