• FIN-0032 - Introduction to Procurement and Materials Management module in SIGMA
• FIN-0012 - Working in SIGMA

Description

This course will provide an overview of the Material Management module in SIGMA. Employees who work in the Material Management field must be able to create, change or amend Purchase Requisitions and execute reports in SIGMA.

Learning Objectives

• Describe the Procurement Life Cycle Workflow and where the Purchase Requisition falls within it
• Explain at a high level the concept of Funds Reservation and when it should be used in the procurement process
• Identify where the Purchase Requisition falls within the MM Procurement Process in SIGMA
• Explain the three (3) types of Purchase Requisitions used in SIGMA
• Create and amend purchase requisitions in the system by following the procedural steps
