Description

This course will provide an overview of the Material Management module in SIGMA. Employees who work in the Material Management field must be able to create, change or amend Outline Agreements and Task Authorization, and also execute reports in SIGMA.

• Describe the Outline Agreement role within the procurement process
• Explain the Outline Agreement processes and related procurement activities
• Describe the Task Authorization and 942/S942 Call Up role within the procurement process
• Explain the Task Authorization processes and related procurement activities
• Perform the procedural steps to create, modify and print Outline Agreements and Task Authorizations
