This course provides a foundational overview of Agile procurement at Shared Services Canada (SSC), highlighting its evolution and the Agile concepts that can be applied to procurement strategies. Participants will gain the knowledge needed to understand the principles of Agile procurement, explore the Agile Spectrum, and identify how Agile methods can support a shift toward a more outcome-based approach.
