This session introduces ZZJV, a new option in SIGMA for creating Journal Vouchers using an Excel upload. Participants will learn how ZZJV supports the preparation of journal vouchers outside the system and allows structured upload instead of manual line-by-line entry in FB50. The session explains how ZZJV fits within existing JV processes, what is changing and what remains unchanged, and how this option improves efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness. It also highlights key considerations when using the template and common issues encountered during upload.
