​File Plans are used to organize documents within GCdocs, providing a logical, systematic way to organize and store the information within GCdocs so that it is easy to locate, access, share, and ultimately dispose of at the end of its retention period.

Objectives
​This instructor-led training session provides participants with an overview of how File Plans are structured, how they are used, as well as tips for using Favorites to navigate File Plans.
