This course provides a comprehensive overview of how Shared Services Canada prepares for Parliamentary Committee appearances and supports the Minister during Question Period. Participants will explore the processes, timelines, and collaboration required to ensure the Minister, President and senior officials are fully equipped to represent our organization effectively before Parliamentarians. By the end of the session, you will understand your role in this critical work and how your contributions help maintain transparency and accountability to Canadians.

• Understand how Question Period notes are developed;

• Understand the process of developing binders for Parliamentary committees appearances;

• Understand the preparation of briefing notes for Parliamentary functions;
