Description
Adopting a coaching approach is an empowering way for leaders at all levels to inspire others and lead more effectively within their organization. This course explores the fundamental principles and practices of using a coaching approach in a one-on-one setting, including how to apply the GROW Model to structure these conversations. Participants will learn how to develop their listening and questioning skills and apply a coaching approach to engage others in powerful conversations.
Objectives
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Distinguish between a coaching approach and other leadership approaches
- Develop the skill of asking powerful questionshave conversations using the GROW Model
- Take action to attain desired resultsobserve and reflect on conversations, and adjust your listening accordingly
