Description

​Succeeding in an EX-level interview requires a different approach and skill set than competing for non-executive positions.  If you are thinking about applying for an executive level position, the EX-Interview Preparation Worshop has been specifically designed to optimize your performance during the interview process.
 
The preparation Workshop is two-fold: it offers a 120-minute, live interactive virtual Workshop to all those interested; followed by practice Interview Clinics (3 hours each) for up to 6 participants per clinic.  The Workshop as well as the Interview Clinics are offered in English as well as in French.
 
Your facilitation team for the Workshop as well as the Interview Clinics is comprised of retired executives, from the Senior Director level to the ADM level. Together, they bring over 75 years of experience in conducting and participating themselves in EX-level interviews.  They are also all certified leadership coaches.

The Interview Clinics will offer live virtual coaching to attendees who will take turns participating in a mock interview, enabling them to fine-tune the skills required to succeed in EX-level interviews.

Objectives
​The Workshop will address key topics such as:

• Leadership Mindset
• Acing the Interview and 
• A live demonstration of an abbreviated interview, highlighting the do’s and don’t of successful interviews
