This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the disciplinary process. It covers the legislative framework, types of misconduct, unacceptable behaviour, factors to consider and disciplinary actions available.

After the workshop, management will better understand the disciplinary process and all that surrounds it. Management will be more prepared to handle situations that may require disciplinary action.
