Description

The Learning and Development team has created a Learning Pathway that offers practical learning activities to help elevate character alongside competencies in our organization.

The third stage of this learning pathway (Develop your leader character) will allow you to enhance your understanding of the featured dimension and its observable behaviors, as well as to make you discover lots of ways you can activate and strengthen the specific dimension.

This workshop on Drive will help you elevate your character by helping you find ways to:

• strive for excellence;
• have a strong desire to succeed;
• tackle problems with a sense of urgency; and
• approach challenges with energy and passion.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• describe Drive and its observable behaviours;
• identify the observable behaviours of Drive you want to develop; and
• create an action plan with activities and practices that will help you develop your Drive
