Description

The Learning and Development team has created a Learning Pathway that offers practical learning activities to help elevate character alongside competencies in our organization.

The second stage of this learning pathway will allow you to discover and analyze your leadership character through a self-assessment that was developed by a specialized firm, Sigma, in collaboration with Dr. Crossan, one of the founders of Character Based Leadership (CBL). This workshop will allow you to deepen your knowledge of CBL and help you understand your Leader Character Insight Assessment (LCIA).

** You will receive a link to complete your LCIA one week before the session.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• describe your Leader Character profile (LCIA);
• identify observable behaviours of deficiency or excess in certain dimensions; and
• establish an action plan to begin developing your character.

Notes

If the session overlaps with the lunch break (ET), we will have an extended break to ensure you have time to eat.
