Description

​The Learning and Development team has created a new Learning Pathway that will offer practical learning activities to help elevate character alongside competencies in our organization.  

The second stage of this learning pathway will allow you to discover and analyze your leadership character through a self-assessment that was developed by a specialized firm, Sigma, in collaboration with Dr. Crossan, one of the founders of CBL. 

This workshop will allow you to deepen your knowledge of Character Based Leadership and help you understand your Leader Character insight Assessment (LCIA).

Objectives
​By the end of this session, you will be able to:  

• Describe your Leader Character profile (LCIA). 
• Identify observable behaviours of deficiency or excess in certain dimensions
• Establish an action plan to begin developing your character.

Prerequisite(s)
​To have completed Introduction to Character Based Leadership (CBL)

**Participants MUST have completed the LCIA self-assessment before the training session. This must be verified beforehand
