Description

​This session is designed to help employees and managers to prevent conflicts in the hybrid workplace. Participants will get to discuss their experiences, increase their awareness of the conflict starters linked to the hybrid setting, and identify best practices designed to foster healthy relationships and well-being in the hybrid work environment.
