Description
This session is designed to provide participants with tools and communication models to effectively manage relationships and diffuse tensions. A 4-step process to give feedback and a 4-step process to receive feedback is explored and practiced through role-plays.
Objectives
At the end of this session participants should be able to:
- Use the 4-step process model for giving and receiving feedback
- Understand how the model helps diffuse tensions and build strong relationships
