Description
The Learning and Development team has created a Learning Pathway that offers practical learning activities to help elevate character alongside competencies in our organization.
The third stage of this learning pathway (Develop your leader character) will allow you to enhance your understanding of the featured dimension and its observable behaviors, as well as to make you discover lots of ways you can activate and strengthen the specific dimension.
This workshop on Humility will help you elevate your character by helping you find ways to:
- allow accomplishments to speak for themselves;
- acknowledge limitations;
- embrace opportunities for personal growth and development; and
- not consider oneself to be more important or special than others.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- describe Humility and its observable behaviours;
- identify the observable behaviours of Humility you want to develop; and
- create an action plan with activities and practices that will help you develop your Humility.
