The Learning and Development team has created a new Learning Pathway that will offer practical learning activities to help elevate character alongside competencies in our organization.

The third stage of this learning pathway (Develop your leader character) will allow you to enhance your understanding of the featured dimension and its observable behaviors, as well as to make you discover lots of ways you can activate and strengthen the specific dimension.

This workshop on Humanity will help you elevate your character by helping you find ways to:

• help others grow

• appreciate and identify with others’ values, feelings, and belief

• forgive and not hold grudges

• have a deep understanding of what is important to others

 

Objectives

 ​By the end of this session, you will be able to: 

• Describe Humanity and its observable behaviours

• Identify the observable behaviours of Humanity you want to develop

• Create an action plan with activities and practices that will help you develop your Humanity
