Description

​The Learning and Development team has created a Learning Pathway that offers practical learning activities to help elevate character alongside competencies in our organization.

The third stage of this learning pathway (Develop your leader character) will allow you to enhance your understanding of the featured dimension and its observable behaviors, as well as to make you discover lots of ways you can activate and strengthen the specific dimension.

This workshop on Judgment will help you elevate your character by helping you find ways to:

• make sound decisions in a timely manner;
• base decisions on relevant information and critical analysis of facts;
• show flexibility when confronted with new information or situations;
• see into the heart of challenging issues; and
• use reason in uncertain situations.

Learning Objectives​

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• describe Judgment and its observable behaviours;
• identify the observable behaviours of Judgment you want to develop; and
• create an action plan with activities and practices that will help you develop your Judgment.

If the session overlaps with the lunch break (ET), we will have an extended break to ensure you have time to eat.
