Description
The Learning and Development team has created a new Learning Pathway that will offer practical learning activities to help elevate character alongside competencies in our organization.
The third stage of this learning pathway (Develop your leader character) will allow you to enhance your understanding of the featured dimension and its observable behaviors, as well as to make you discover lots of ways you can activate and strengthen the specific dimension.
This workshop on Justice will help you elevate your character by helping you find ways to:
• Ensure that individuals are treated fairly
• Remain objective and keep personal biases to a minimum when making decisions
• Provide others with the opportunity to voice their opinions on processes and procedures
Objectives
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
• Describe Justice and its observable behaviours
• Identify the observable behaviours of Justice you want to develop
• Create an action plan with activities and practices that will help you develop the Justice dimension
