The Learning and Development team has created a new Learning Pathway that will offer practical learning activities to help elevate character alongside competencies in our organization.

The third stage of this learning pathway (Develop your leader character) will allow you to enhance your understanding of the featured dimension and its observable behaviors, as well as to make you discover lots of ways you can activate and strengthen the specific dimension.

This workshop on Accountability will help you elevate your character by helping you find ways to:

• willingly accepts responsibility for decisions and actions

• is willing to step up and take ownership of challenging issues

• be counted on to deliver, even in tough situations

Objectives

​By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Describe Accountability and its observable behaviours

• Identify the observable behaviours of Accountability you want to develop

• Create an action plan with activities and practices that will help you develop your Accountability
