​The Learning and Development team has created a new Learning Pathway that will offer practical learning activities to help elevate character alongside competencies in our organization.  

The third stage of this learning pathway (Develop your leader character) will allow you to enhance your understanding of the featured dimension and its observable behaviors, as well as to make you discover lots of ways you can activate and strengthen the specific dimension.

This workshop on Collaboration will help you elevate your character by helping you find ways to:

• Encourage open dialogue and constructive feedback

• Remain open-minded and not react defensively when challenged

• Recognize that what happens to one can affect all

Objectives

 By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Describe Collaboration and its observable behaviours

• Identify the observable behaviours of Collaboration you want to develop

• Create an action plan with activities and practices that will help you develop your Collaboration
