Description

Public service managers have an obligation to apply the core values of the public sector in their decisions, behaviours and work environments. Through case studies, participants will better understand the concept of values and ethics, and how to apply it when dealing with conflicts of interest and ethical dilemmas situations.

Topics include:

  • Positions at risk of conflict of interest
  • Manager’s and employee’s responsibilities
