This course provides a foundational introduction to character-based leadership. All employees can demonstrate character leadership, no matter the position they are in.

Character powers the quality of judgement, which impacts the choices you make and what you do. It is a “habit of being" that can be measured, practised and developed.

CBL is being implemented across SSC, through deliberate, evidence-based, and integrated initiatives. SSC aims to gradually embed character leadership in our culture.

Objectives

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Explain what character is and how it can support you and the     

  organization

• Summarize the Character Wheel (11 dimensions and their

  elements)

• Determine your top development opportunities

• Establish your character learning and development plan
