Learn to recognize your own stress responses; gain insight into the thoughts that arise during stressful moments; and discover when those thoughts become unhelpful. You’ll also be introduced to a practical tool—Name, Claim, and Reframe—to help you manage stress more effectively.

This workshop is the first in a 3-part series presented by the SSC Mental Health Program. The Fit Mind Essentials series provides employees with tools to help manage stress, alleviate burnout and manage change and uncertainty with more confidence. It includes 3 standalone but complementary interactive sessions. You can register for 1 or all 3 (separately).
