What is burnout? How does it show up and why? And what you can do about it? Explore practical strategies to help prevent burnout before it takes hold, and learn how to support your own recovery if you're already feeling overwhelmed. Whether you're looking to protect your well-being or bounce back from burnout, this session offers tools to help you regain balance and energy.

This workshop is the second in a 3-part series presented by the SSC Mental Health Program. The Fit Mind Essentials series provides employees with tools to help manage stress, alleviate burnout and manage change and uncertainty with more confidence. It includes 3 standalone but complementary interactive sessions. You can register for 1 or all 3 (separately).
