Description

The ABCs of the Duty to Accommodate: The Basics you need to know right now!

Do you want to better understand what the duty to accommodate (DTA) actually means in the workplace? This practical and interactive workshop offers a clear, accessible, and reality-based introduction.

You will learn to recognize situations where a legal duty to accommodate applies in connection with prohibited grounds of discrimination. You will also discover how these principles translate into concrete actions that ensure the full and equitable participation of all employees.

The workshop will also present the mandate and services of the Duty to Accommodate Centre of Expertise. You will learn how our team can support you based on your role.

Whatever our role or level, this workshop will help you better understand your responsibilities and actively contribute to a more inclusive, equitable, and respectful workplace.

A solid foundation to get started – and to provide effective support!
