Participants will examine the current context and its impact, explore the fundamentals of career development and the roles of key players, and discover why career agility is essential for adaptability and growth. Through practical strategies and resources, participants will gain greater awareness of the importance of taking charge of their career with purpose, thereby building their confidence in an evolving workplace.
