Description

Mastering interviews requires more than simply answering questions—it’s about understanding what is being assessed and showcasing your competencies with confidence.

This interactive workshop equips participants with practical tools, proven strategies, and the confidence needed to succeed in any interview setting.

You will explore the critical elements of the interview process and their impact on successful outcomes, determine what will be assessed and how to demonstrate competencies effectively, and explore practical techniques to prepare and respond with confidence.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

  • Recognize critical elements from the interview process and their impact on successful outcomes;
  • Identify what is assessed and how to demonstrate competencies effectively;
  • Apply efficient techniques to prepare and respond confidently.

Target Audience

While the content of this session is intended for nonEX positions, participation is open to all employees.

Notes

This session is part of a three-part series presented by the Learning and Development team. The Career Support series is designed to provide employees with practical tools to manage their careers with agility, craft effective résumés and cover letters, and prepare for interviews. The series includes three stand-alone, yet complementary sessions. You can register for one, two, or all three sessions individually.
