This practical and interactive workshop invites you to explore the five key steps of the duty to accommodate (DTA) process. It is designed to help you understand your role and responsibilities, from the initial request for accommodation to the implementation of measures and required follow-ups.

You will discover how to actively and knowledgeably participate in the process, as well as how to identify relevant information to share in order to facilitate the assessment of your needs and the exploration of possible solutions.

Whether you are an employee with accommodation needs, a colleague, a partner, or an ally, regardless of your level of knowledge on the subject, this workshop is a must-attend event!
