Description

Being a leader means working under pressure but pressure doesn’t have to lead to mistakes. This session will explore how leaders can stay calm and clear-headed in the face of urgency, stress, and competing priorities. Learn practical techniques and hear real-world examples from public service experts to help you make confident, thoughtful decisions under pressure.

  1. Help leaders recognize emotional and contextual pressures that affect their decision-making.
  2. Support clearer assessment of complex situations beyond immediate reactions.
