Description

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about knowing how to act, even in times of uncertainty. This session offers key insights into managing ambiguity, assessing risks, and making decisive choices when information is incomplete or situations are rapidly changing. You'll leave with strategies to lead with confidence in unpredictable environments.

Learning Objectives

  1. Support leaders in clarifying the real trade-offs they face.
  2. Redefine courage as a responsible act of judgment rather than a heroic risk-taking endeavour.
  3. Identify organizational guidelines to act confidently and align decisions, even amid uncertainty.
