Overview
This course will explain how to navigate the SSC Onyx Console and how use its general features on the dashboard. It also includes instructions on how to use the filter and search functions as well as to how to browse categories and sub-categories. Finally this course will provide you with all the necessary basic navigational tutorials in order succeed in using the Console.

Objectives
Upon completion of this module, you will be able to:

  • Successfully log into the Onyx Console.
  • Navigate the tool bar and your profile preferences
  • Identify the various ways of using filters and search features.
  • Successfully navigate the Activity Log.
  • Send manual emails from a Ticket

This course is designed for anyone using the SSC Onyx Console to review tickets and update the Activity Log.
