Description

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Recognize the Request Fulfilment (RFL) and Incident Management (IM) process workflows in SSC Onyx and the features/functionality that support the processes
  • Identify the online learning and information resources available to support your learning journey with SSC Onyx
  • Describe key terms related to the RFL and IM processes in SSC Onyx
  • Identify the steps required in the SSC Onyx Portal to create and manage Requests for Service (RFL) and Requests for Help (IM)
  • Recognize the steps required to manage, fulfill and resolve tickets in the SSC Onyx Console
