The ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value course is for IT professionals who foster relationships with stakeholders to co-create value. Drive Stakeholder Value benefits anyone who manages customer journeys, experiences, or expectations.

The ITIL 4 – Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value exam voucher is included and valid for 12 months. It enables participants to schedule their exam with PeopleCert (virtually). Please note that it is advisable to schedule your exam within two weeks of taking the course in order to obtain optimum results.

Exam format: 40 multiple-choice questions

Exam length: 90 minutes.

Course and exam are in English.

Learning objectives

In three days, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills required to:

• Understand how to foster relationships, shape demand and define service offerings

• Know how to align expectations and agree services

• Be able to on-board and off-board customers & users

• Ensure continual value co-creation and validating service value;

• Prepare for the PeopleCert exam with confidence by applying their new-acquired knowledge;

• Put the ITIL® principles to practical use

Target audience

SSC employees involved in developing relationships and interaction between the service provider and its customers, partners and suppliers.

Prerequisite(s)

An ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a prerequisite for this course.
