The ITIL 4 Strategist : Direct, Plan and Improve course is designed to provide the employee with the practical skills necessary to create a learning and improving IT organization with a strong and effective strategic focus. In addition, it will provide a practical and strategic method to plan and deliver continuous improvement with the necessary agility.

The ITIL 4 Strategist : Direct, Plan and Improve exam voucher is included and valid for 12 months. It enables participants to schedule their exam with PeopleCert (virtually). Please note that it is advisable to schedule your exam within two weeks of taking the course in order to obtain optimum results.

Exam format: 40 multiple-choice questions

Exam length: 90 minutes.

Course and exam are in English.

Learning Objectives

In three days, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills required to:

• Understand how to direct, plan improve services, practices and IT management organizational capabilities;

• Know how relevant ITIL practices and key concepts supporting a continually improving service management ecosystem;

• Prepare for the PeopleCert exam with confidence by applying their new-acquired knowledge;

• Put the ITIL® principles to practical use.

Target Audience

SSC employees involved in the delivery, management and improvement of IT services. 

Prerequisite(s)

An ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a prerequisite for this course.
