The ITIL 4 – Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support qualification is intended to provide the candidate with an understanding on how to integrate different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services, as well as relevant practices, methods and tools.

The ITIL 4 – Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support exam voucher is included and valid for 12 months. It enables participants to schedule their exam with PeopleCert (virtually). Please note that it is advisable to schedule your exam within two weeks of taking the course in order to obtain optimum results.

Exam format: 40 multiple-choice questions

Exam length: 90 minutes.

Course and exam are in English.

Learning Objectives

In three days, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills required to:

• Understand how to plan and build a service value stream to create, deliver and support services;

• Know how relevant ITIL practices contribute to creation, delivery and support across the Service Value System (SVS) and value streams

• Prepare for the PeopleCert exam with confidence by applying their new-acquired knowledge;

• Put the ITIL® principles to practical use

Target Audience

SSC employees involved in the delivery and management of IT services.

Prerequisite(s)

A valid ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a pre-requisite for this course.
