Description

Overview
This course will explain how to navigate the SSC Onyx Portal and how use its general features to view ticket statuses on the dashboard. It also includes instructions on how to use the filter and search functions as well as to how to browse categories and sub-categories. Finally this course will provide you with all the necessary basic navigational tutorials in order succeed in using the Portal.

Objectives

Upon completion of this module, you will be able to:

  • Successfully log into the Onyx portal.
  • Navigate the tool bar and your profile preferences
  • Identify the various ways of using filters and search features.
  • Successfully navigate the categories and sub-categories needed to view or submit tickets.

This course is designed for anyone using the Digital Workspace Portal to either submit, review or access tickets.
