Description
This training session focuses on how to work with the dashboards and reports that are created and uploaded by BMC (the company that owns and provides technical support to SSC for SSC Onyx). This course does not cover how to edit or create dashboards and reports. If you have higher access to edit and create dashboards and reports and have questions about these features, please create a request in the SSC Onyx portal.
Objectives
Upon completion of this module, you will be able to:
- Modify your User Profile, in the SSC Reporting.
- Identify primary functions when working with SSC Dashboard.
- Identify the navigation process to locate the reports required for your role at SSC.
- Identify the out of the box reports features using the SSC Onyx Reporting.
- Identify drill down report features provided in the SSC Onyx Reporting.
