Description

This course builds foundational knowledge and skills for navigating the SSC Onyx Portal and using its key features to access and manage information effectively. 

Learners will apply SSC Onyx Portal concepts through system demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and practical scenarios. Participants will practice accessing the portal, navigating menus and profile settings, using search and filter functions, reviewing ticket information, and navigating categories and sub-categories to locate or submit requests.

The course reinforces learners' understanding of SSC Onyx Portal navigation and features while developing the skills required to efficiently access information and perform common portal activities. 

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will able to use the SSC Onyx ITSM Tool to:

1. Navigate the SSC Onyx Portal to access dashboards, profile settings, and available services.
2. Analyze ticket and service information using search, filter, and navigation functions.
3. Apply portal features, categories, and sub-categories to locate information and submit requests efficiently.
