This course provides an overview of the Change Management process and supports the following sub-processes in the SSC Onyx Console:

• Draft a Change Request;

• Review & Authorize a Change Request;

• Plan and Schedule a Change Request;

• Implement a Change

• Back Out a Change

• Close a Change Request.

Objectives

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Describe the Change Management process

• Explain the process to draft and initiate a change request

• Describe the process to review and authorize a change request

• Describe the planning and scheduling of a change request

• Explain the process to approve a change request

• Explain the process to implement a change request

• Explain task management as it relates to a change request

• Define the process to close a change request
