Description
This course builds on learners' foundational knowledge of SSC Onyx by focusing on the use of dashboards, reports, and data filtering capabilities within the SSC Onyx Console and SSC Onyx Portal.
Learners will apply SSC Onyx reporting and dashboard concepts through system demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and practical scenarios. Participants will practice working with dashboards, locating and filtering data, and running reports to support monitoring, tracking, and analysis activities.
The course reinforces learners' understanding of reporting and data management practices while developing the skills required to efficiently access, filter, and analyze information using SSC Onyx.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will able to use the Dashboard to:
- Use reporting and dashboard features to access and retrieve information.
- Interpret data and report results to support operational monitoring, performance analysis, and informed business decisions.
- Manage reports in accordance with business needs and established procedures.
