Description

This course provides an overview of creating and managing Incidents using both the SSC Onyx Portal and SSC Onyx Console.

Learning Objectives

• Identify the steps required in the SSC Onyx Portal to create and submit Requests for Help

• How to track service level agreements so you do not breach them

• Recognize the steps required to manage and resolve incident tickets in the SSC Onyx Console
