Description

This course provides an overview of creating and managing Incidents using both the SSC Onyx Portal and SSC Onyx Console.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Identify the steps required in the SSC Onyx Portal to create and submit Requests for Help;
  • Track service level agreements so you do not breach them;
  • Recognize the steps required to manage and resolve incident tickets in the SSC Onyx Console.
