Mastering the best practices to implement an efficient and reliable IT systems management framework will allow you to contribute to the improvement of your organization's results and growth. Moreover, this in-depth preparation for the exam maximizes your chances of obtaining an ITIL certification. You will learn how to identify, explain and apply the basic ITIL® principles in real-life cases.
The ITIL 4 Foundation exam voucher is included and valid for 12 months. It enables participants to schedule their ITIL 4 Foundation exam with PeopleCert (virtually). Please note that it is advisable to schedule your exam within two weeks of taking the course in order to obtain optimum results.
Exam format: 40 multiple-choice questions
Exam length: 60 minutes.
Course and exam are in English.
Learning Objectives
In three days, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills required to:
• Describe the notion of value system, value chain, practices and roles that an IT organization needs to deliver quality IT services to its organization and clients;
• State the key objectives of each practice;
• Explain the advantages of an integrated approach to IT service management;
• Prepare for the PeopleCert exam with confidence by applying their new-acquired knowledge;
• Put the ITIL® principles to practical use.
