Description
In this course you will learn how Enterprise Architecture (EA) is practiced at SSC. Specifically, you will learn about SSC’s EA modelling application: the Architecture Collaboration Environment (ACE).
ACE is used to produce, store, and share architecture diagrams, models, and information at SSC. It consists of a set of tools for modelling and managing business, application, data, and technical architecture, roadmaps, as well as other related artifacts. It also facilitates and encourages alignment across all models in the repository.
“ACE at SSC” contains 3 modules:
- Module 1: Introduction to ACE at SSC
- Module 2: ACE User Interface/QLM
- Module 3: The ACE Web Portal
Learning Objectives
After completing this course, participants should be able to:
- Describe the Architecture Collaborative Environment (ACE) and its components
- Explain why and how ACE is used at SSC
- Identify the components of the ACE User Interface (the Qualiware Lifecycle Manager), including the primary buttons, functions, and the views available in it
- Determine if given diagrams are accessible
- Identify the Web Portal Interface components, including buttons, navigation and accessibility features
