The Knowledge Management (KM) Process for SSC Onyx is a detailed and authoritative view of the entire process – a complete decomposition of the core end-to-end process, procedures and sub- procedures with links to relevant work instructions.
This process describes the consistent approach to create and manage knowledge Article in a timely and effective manner.
This training material is a reference for the Process Practitioner or anyone who performs activities within the process.
This process, in its entirety, applies to all knowledge Article created in the SSC IT Service Management tool.
