The ITIL 4 - Specialist: High Velocity IT course is designed to provide the participants with the practical skills necessary to guide a digital organization so that it can operate using digital operating models in high velocity environments. The course focuses on the rapid delivery of products and services to achieve maximum value. In addition, the training provides practitioners with an understanding of working practices such as Agile and Lean, and technical practices and technologies such as cloud, automation and automated testing.
The ITIL 4 - Specialist: High Velocity IT exam voucher is included and valid for 12 months. It enables participants to schedule their exam with PeopleCert (virtually). Please note that it is advisable to schedule your exam within two weeks of taking the course in order to obtain optimum results.
Exam format: 40 multiple-choice questions
Exam duration: 90 minutes.
The language of the exam will match the language of the training you choose.
• If you take the training in English, the exam will be in English.
• If you take the training in French, the exam will be in French.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this three-day course, you will have acquired the knowledge and skills required to:
• Understand the high-velocity nature of the digital enterprise and digital product lifecycle in terms of the ITIL operating model;
• Understand the importance of the ITIL guiding principles and other fundamental concepts for delivering high velocity IT;
• Know how to contribute to achieving value with digital products;
• Take the PeopleCert exam with confidence by applying your new-acquired knowledge;
• Put the ITIL® principles to practical use.
Target Audience
SSC employees involved in the delivery, management and enhancement of digital IT services in a high-speed environment.
Prerequisite(s)
A valid ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a pre-requisite for this course.
