In this course you will learn what capabilities are, why we need to have them, how they are used at SSC to enable delivery of Enterprise Architecture projects and services that are aligned with our strategic goals.

• Explain what is Capability Management (CM) and why we use it at SSC
• Explain how capabilities are structured, and visualized
• Recognize how capabilities are used for (1) enterprise and strategic levels and for (2) project and service
